Return and refund policy

1. Introduction

At CT-Watches, we are committed to delivering high quality modified watches that meet your expectations. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.

2. Returns

2.1 Criteria for return

  • You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.
  • To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in the same condition as you received it. It must also be in its original packaging.
  • Your item must have a receipt or proof of purchase.

2.2 Process

  • Contact our customer service at ct.watches24@gmail.com  to start a return.
  • Once your return is approved, you will receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and detailed instructions on where to ship the item.
  • Please do not return the item to the manufacturer.

3. Refunds

3.1 Approval

  • When we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received the return. We will immediately inform you of the status of the refund after the inspection.
  • If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original payment method.

3.2 Time for refund

  • You will receive the money within a certain number of days, depending on the card issuer's policies.

3.3 Partial refunds

  • There are certain situations where only a partial refund is given:
    • Any item that is not in its original condition, is damaged, or is missing parts for reasons not attributable to us.
    • Any item returned more than 30 days after delivery.

4. Shipping

4.1 Costs for return shipping

  • You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning the item. Shipping costs are not refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

4.2 Shipping time for returns

  • Depending on where you live, the time it takes for the returned item to reach you may vary.
