1. Introduction

At CT-Watches we are committed to delivering your products quickly and reliably. We use DHL as our main supplier for shipping services. Please read our shipping policy carefully to understand how we handle shipping and delivery of your orders.

2. Delivery areas

We deliver to all of the Netherlands. For international deliveries, please contact our customer service for more information.

3. Delivery time

    Standard Delivery of products in stock

  • The delivery time with DHL is usually 3-7 working days within the Netherlnds.
  • When you place an order, we order the parts from our suppliers for your design. It usually takes 1-2 weeks for us to get the parts. When they arrive, we build the clock and send it to you with insured shipping via DHL.
  • Please note that delivery times may vary depending on the delivery address and availability of the products.

4. Shipping costs

Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight and size of the package, as well as the delivery address. You will be able to see the total shipping costs at checkout before completing your purchase. If we have free shipping for a period, you can ignore this point.

5. Tracking Information

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information so you can follow your package in transit. 

6. Delivery conditions

  • Please ensure that the delivery address is correct and complete. CT-Watches is not responsible for packages that are not delivered due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
  • If you are not at home when the delivery arrives, DHL will leave a collection note so that you can pick up the package at the nearest collection point.

7. Insurance and Loss

All packages are insured against loss and damage during transport. If your package does not arrive or arrives damaged, please contact our customer service immediately so we can help you resolve the issue.

8. Lost or Delayed Package

If your package is delayed or lost, please contact our customer service at ct.watches24@gmail.com and we will investigate the matter and keep you informed of the status of your shipment.

9. International Shipping

For international deliveries, please contact us at ct.watches24@gmail.com to discuss shipping options and costs. Please note that international orders may be subject to customs duties and taxes, which are the responsibility of the customer.
